We recently had the opportunity to work with an entrepreneur who came to us with a website development request. At the start, they had an ideaโbut no clear differentiation or customer understanding. We believe a good website needs to ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐น๐๐ฒ to potential customers. So, instead of diving straight into design, we spent a few hours on strategy & planning. 2weeks later the results are nothing short of remarkable.
In our meeting, we focused on refining their ๐๐ฎ๐น๐๐ฒ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, identifying key ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ณ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐, & developing a plan to ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ถ๐ฟ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ฏ๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ต๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐.
The goal was simple: identify a gap in the market, determine what makes their product stand out, & test that quickly with real customers
By ๐ฐ๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ณ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ถ๐ฟ ๐บ๐ฒ๐๐๐ฎ๐ด๐ถ๐ป๐ด, understanding their target audience, & designing a testable strategy, we moved from just an idea to real traction. And incredibly, within just 2๐๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ธ๐ of implementing our plan, they landed their ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฟ๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฐ๐๐๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐โ now, theyโre dealing with the exciting (& overwhelming!) challenge of having ๐บ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐น๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ต๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐น๐ฒ. ๐ฏ
But thatโs not where the story ends. We encouraged them to gather ๐ฎ๐ ๐บ๐๐ฐ๐ต ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ from that first customer to refine the service/offering further. We also suggested they actively seek ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐น๐ & measure enthusiasm through ๐๐ป๐๐ผ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐. This feedback loop allowed them tweak their messaging, improve the customer experience, & align their service even better with market needs.
Today, theyโre ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐น๐-๐๐๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ ๐ด๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐๐ต with ๐บ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐น๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐, ๐บ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐น๐, & the challenge of scaling up to meet rising demand. The best part? This success wasnโt about having the perfect product from day one. It was about:
